Information gathered by us

Personal information is not collected from anyone who is merely visiting or browsing the website.  However, when you request some of our services such as email alerts, or webcasting, we need to know some personal information, such as your email address.  We gather this information to allow us to process your request and the relevant information is then used by us to communicate with you.  Please note that by submitting personal information you are consenting to such information being processed for the purposes referred to above and you also agree to the right to use and store such data on internal systems for the purpose of providing services to you.  We will not pass your details to any third parties without your permission.  Such information may be transferred within the Pallinghurst Resources Group worldwide to which, by sending the information to us, you consent.  The Pallinghurst Resources Group includes Pallinghurst Resources Limited and any of its subsidiaries, associates, joint ventures and investments.

Information that is automatically logged

When you enter our website, your internet protocol (“IP”) address is automatically logged by the server administrators.  We may use this information to gather broad demographic information and for other purposes, such as monitoring visitor frequency, now or in the future. The IP address does not identify you as an individual, but only the computer that is being used to view the website.

A cookie will not allow a website operator to obtain information of a personal nature that will identify you to us, such as your name and address. Right of access to information

As a user of the site, you have a right to request to be given a copy of any of your personal data held on record by the company.  Such a request should be in the form of a postal letter to the Data Controller at the address above, including a cheque for £10 made payable to Pallinghurst Resources Limited, and proof of identification in the form of passport or driver’s licence (copy not original), and proof of address (copy not original).  We will comply with such a request within 60 calendar days of receipt.

Right of rectification or erasure

You have the right to request the amendment of any inaccurate personal data we may hold, directed to the Data Controller.  We will comply with such a request within 60 calendar days of receipt.  Such a written request can be in the form of an email, fax or letter to any of the addresses above.
